The green dot needs a timestamp

I don't trust a green dot without a timestamp.

"Synced" could mean a second ago or before somebody unplugged the router. Both versions seem to get the same reassuring shade of green. Very economical use of green. Less useful if you're deciding whether it's safe to close the laptop.

I'd like the label to say what happened and when: "Last successful sync: 14:32." If the latest attempt failed, keep that visible beside it. Don't replace the old success with "Something went wrong" and make me reconstruct the whole situation.

There is room to be quiet about this. A stale result can turn grey. It doesn't need a red banner, a sad mascot, or an email with "Action required" in the subject.

I'd also keep "nothing needed doing" separate from "nothing happened." A backup that checked and found no changes is doing its job. A backup that never ran deserves a different label.

This is a fairly small design wish. Give me the last check, the last success, and enough plain language to tell them apart. I'm willing to scroll an extra line for that.
